This was a fun project! There had been a leak that had been ignored. We got the unit with the firewalls completed, but other than that it was down to studs. Completely transformed this unit into a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit.

Our Biggest Undertaking to Date!
This is our primary residence. We spent two years creating our dream home –took it from vision to form.
We added a floor to create an incredible master suite, changed existing ceilings to 9’ high, created an open floor plan, added a second garage on the side of the house and renovated everything right down to adding a sprinkler system, new electrical, new plumbing, perimeter drainage –EVERYTHING. It is our pride and joy and we love it!
