Jason and Melanie are “Boutique Investors”. They have experience in several different strategies, from new builds to flips to long term buy and holds to BRRR’s. They can’t just stick to one strategy, because depending on the city and timing in the market, they can all be fun, exciting and lucrative as well! It’s about picking the right strategy, in the right market, at the right time!
They are committed to continual growth, so that they can offer their very best to their partners.
Jason has an extensive background in construction, and Melanie has a background in corporate training and consulting. Together they have a shared passion – real estate investing.
